http://www.netsafetech.com.tr – The company, which first joined our portfolio in 2010 as a company dealing with information security solutions, in 2023 turned into ICU’s technology-oriented investment platform. NETSAFE invests in a wide range of technology companies focused on global markets, including travel technology, payment technology, news and information technology, medical products and applications. ICU Venture Capital Trust holds 100% of shares of the company.
BATKON BATARYA KONTROL TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş.
http://www.batkon.com. – BATKON is a research and development company offering easy-to-use advanced energy storage technologies. To this end, it offers ready-made solutions for energy storage in hybrid, autonomous and micro-grid market segments. ICU Venture Capital Trust invested in the company in 2021 and owns 25% of the shares.
LASKA TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş
http://www.laska.com.tr – LASKA is an innovative R&D company that recycles waste vehicle tires by eliminating carbon emissions and environmental wastes, and provides steel and energy output as well as high value-added carbon black. In 2021, the company was added to ICU portfolio with a capital increase and ICU holds 7.5% of its shares.
ERIH ENERJİ ÜRETİM TİCARET A.Ş.
http://www.erih.com – ERIH is a platform created for investing in the creation, commissioning, lease, production and sale of electric power plants. It was included in our portfolio in 2021 with an equity participation of 25%.
SETA TIBBİ CİHAZLAR İTHALAT ve İHRACAT PAZARLAMA TİCARET ve SANAYİ A.Ş.
http://www.setamedical.com. SETA, an industrial company dealing with patient safety, specializing in the production of disposable medical and surgical supplies. In 2010, the share of ICU in the company reached to 95.6%. The company has ceased operations, and our partnership is considering exit options.
RML LOJİSTİK ve DENİZCİLİK HİZMETLERİ A.Ş
RML is an infrastructure platform created to work in the field of maritime transportation and logistics services in Türkiye and neighboring coutries. It was included in our portfolio in 2010 and ICU Venture Capital Trust owns a 100% stake. The company’s activities have been discontinued, and various exit options are being considered.
OEP TURKEY TECH B.V
It was a joint venture with One Equity Partners (OEP) which was established to make venture capital investments in Türkiye, with our share at 19.79% in 2010. Having completed the purchase of majority shares of NETAŞ, from the trustee board, the fund completed its exit by selling these shares to ZTE in 2017.
